The TWITTER KILLER comes…

Profits are fundamentally about power.

We like to think of capitalism as survival of the fittest…

But that very concept is often understood.

Survival of the fittest doesn’t mean necessarily survival of the best… just survival.

Survival isn’t necessarily fair. Chance has its place, as does outside interference.

And the marketplace isn’t fair.

I think we are going to learn this when it comes to social media.

Twitter is under media attack because it is disrupting the public conversation…

And some of Elon Musk’s more controversial decisions are supposedly motivated by his desire to prevent companies (and even the intelligence community) scraping data.

So now Meta is rolling out its alternative… Threads.

It may roll out this week.

I expect it will get massive media support as well as some big political participants.

We are about to see something like a coup at the top levels of Big Tech.

In the run-up to the 2024 election, controlling the public debate is controlling power…

The stakes couldn’t be higher…

And while we might like to pretend otherwise, money and power, in the end, are usually the same thing.

Let’s see what Musk is really made of.

Keep Moving,
